The Sandman Duathlon is a great option for athletes who want to compete at the UK's most beautiful event without getting wet!
Start with a trail run through the incredible Newborough Forest before jumping on your bike and heading on to the undulating roads taking in the stunning coastline and inland countryside. The final trail run takes you back in to the forest and on the tracks through the glorious pine trees and over the dunes before getting sand between your toes for a beach finish.
The Sprint Duathlon created a buzz amongst duathletes in it's first year and we've since had huge demand for a Standard Duathlon so in 2021 we will be running both distance events.
