Race Rules
- The event will be run under Welsh Athletics Rules.
- Minumum age on the day is 17 years for the Half Marathon and 15 years for the 10k.

- Littering - our policy on littering can be found here. Any irresponsible littering along the route will result in disqualification.
- Running with a buggy is not permitted.
- Headphones at this event are NOT PERMITTED. British & Welsh Athletics rules state:
- "The wearing of headphones, or similar devices, (other than those medically prescribed), is not permitted in races on any single carriageway road that is not wholly closed to traffic"

I declare that I will abide to the governing bodies rules and that I am fit to take part in the event. I will not hold the race organiser responsible for any injury or loss. I understand that the final decision as to whether or not the race will go ahead on the day is that of the race organisers “Always Aim High Events Ltd.” only.
