Saturday:

Run1/swim leg cut off at the exit of T1- 08:35

Bike leg cut off at the exit of T2 - 10:15

Sunday:

Standard Distances - Run1/swim leg cut off at the exit of T1 - 09:35 

Bike leg cut off at the exit of T2 - 13:35

Legend Distance - swim leg cut off at the exit of T1 - 08:10

Bike leg cut off at the exit of T2 - 12:35

Legend Runners will not be allowed onto the mountain stage of the Run after 14:30

Finish Line timing will finish at 16:45

Please respect these cut off times in the interests of your safety and the safety of our volunteers out on the course and on the mountain.

Registration and Expo

Registration will be at Plas y Brenin (LL24 0ET) on Friday and Saturday evening and Saturday and Sunday mornings. Timings for each event will be listed in race final instructions.

17:30 - 19:00 - Friday

06:00 - 07:15 then 10:30 - 13:30 - Saturday

05:30 - 07:45 - Sunday

Car Parking: 

There will be no parking available at Plas y Brenin. The race pay and display car park is approximately 0.5 miles next to the Siabod Cafe, along the A5 towards Capel Curig and is included in your entry. Exercise caution on the road between the carpark and transition as there is no footpath.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD CARS BE PARKED ON THE ROAD. THIS IS IN THE INTEREST OF ALL ROAD USERS AND ATHLETES.

Prizes

Categories are decided on race turn out.

Under normal Circumstances both Womens and Mens prizes will be awarded to the Top 3 Open and 1st Placed Vets V40, V50, V60, V70. Additional prizes may be added in events where participation numbers warrant extra recognition.

All prizes must be collected on the day. Under no circumstances will prizes be posted out.
